How is it being collected?
Your data is collected so we can fulfil the contract. We receive enquiries via email, social media, in person, over the phone, etc. We will take a few basic details upon enquiry and will require further details upon booking. Your data is held on a CRM system which will actively send out email notifications of reminders, questionnaires, contract, invoices and emails that are relevant to the active job. This software is here to help Cotton Socks Photography run the business and make sure you are fully informed of anything relating to your photoshoot. Should we need to write any personal information on paper we keep it locked away in the studio office. We also use an online photo management software where photo of the children will be uploaded to their personalised QR codes. These codes will only be accessed by parents and Cotton Socks staff for uploading purposes.
Why is it being collected and how will it be used?
Your data is collected simply so Cotton Socks Photography can fulfil the contract/job. We will aim to hold your data indefinitely, this is due to contractual obligations.
